KKR is set to begin their IPL 2020 campaign against Mumbai Indians
in Abu Dhabi today. Defending Champion MI has already lost its first match
against Chennai Super Kings. So they will definitely try to get the winning
track from this match.
But that seems not very easy as two times champion KKR team
management makes it clear that they are here to win and give a strong fight to
opponents. After a long drought in the trophy cabinet, this year KKR makes
strong team consisting of players like Pat Cummins, Rahul Tripathi, Tom Banton.
Now before the match starts have a look at the probable eleven of
KKR and players who can play important role in this match.
Pat Cummins:
KKR spends record money to bag Cummins at the auction
of IPL 2020. Though the Australian pacer is no 1 in the test but in the
shortest format of cricket, he shows his importance. Sheikh Zayed Stadium is
known for pacer friendly wicket. If cummins get to deliver his best the he
could be a match winner for KKR.
Andre Russell:
One of the best all-rounder of the game will play
today for KKR. Not only with bat, even at dead over Russell’s contribution
always praised by experts. In the last IPL he won many matches for KKR
single-handedly.
Sunil Narine:
Another Caribbean who could play a major role for KKR
today. The pinch hitter has the ability to score quick runs in the powerplay,
and his main asset is bowling. Any day Narine can win you matches on his own.
Shubman Gill:
This young lad impressed with his batting last year.
Even in the recently concluded domestic tournament Gill performed well.
Probable playing eleven:
Sunil Narine, Shubman Gill, Nitish Rana, Eoin Morgan, Andre Russell,
Dinesh Karthik (c, wk), Pat Cummins, Kuldeep Yadav, Kamlesh Nagarkoti/Sandeep
Warrier, Shivam Mavi, Prasidh Krishna.
