Hockey India honors Sudhin Chatterjee at his residence

Hockey Bengal celebrated National Sports Day, to commemorate birthday of Hockey Wizard, Major Dhyan Chand, on 29th August 2020 at Hockey Bengal ground.

During the function, various awards for Hockey players, Umpire and Coach were announced to recognize contributions in the field of Sports. Due to Pandemic situation it had been decided to present the awards at a later date. Today Sri Jaswant Singh Rajput Award- 2020 was presented to Sri. Sudhin Chatterjee (National Umpire) for his outstanding contribution to Hockey in Bengal as Hockey Official. The award was given by Mr. MD. Khalid Hussain(Jont Secretary, Hockey Bengal) and Mr. Salahuddin Pervez (National and Zonal In - Charge of Hockey umpire ) at his residence.
